Sunday-Thursday: $150/night
(Week-End)
Friday-Saturday: $185/night
CORPORATE RATES
5-Day (5% Disc. Rate): $712.50
7-Day (10 % Disc. Rate): $945
2 Weeks (15 % Disc. Rate): $892.50 per wk
3 Weeks (20 % Disc. Rate): $840 per wk
4 Weeks or 1 Month(25% Disc. Rate):$3,150 or $787.50 per wk**(Tax exempt after 30 days)
2 week stays and longer will incur a $50 bi-weekly charge for utilities.
Smoking is allowed outside the property only

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel- Please let us know ASAP & we will do our best to re-book the property.
In some instances on last minute cancellations during our
busy season a 50% deposit will be due.
